Points can be granted or clawed back for any operational reason. Every adjustment is a ledger entry with a reason code, an operator, and an optional customer-visible note — balances are never edited directly.
Reason codes are an editable list (add your own — e.g. "TikTok Live giveaway"). Bulk adjustments via CSV upload (customer, ±points, reason) for events and migrations. Automatic reasons already in the ledger: order earn, check-in, streak, birthday, campaign, referral L1–L3, top-up bonus, redeem, expiry, refund clawback, partner redemption.
