Create announcement
New announcements start as Scheduled if a start date is set, or Live immediately if it's blank.
๐ Announcements are translatable per locale โ untranslated locales fall back to EN.
Placement rules
How placements behave when more than one announcement is eligible at once.
๐ Top bar: one live announcement max at any time โ the newest scheduled item wins and replaces the current one.
๐ช Popup: shown at most once per session per user, and never on the checkout flow.
๐ฌ Account inbox: persists in the member's inbox until it's read or dismissed.
๐ฏ All placements: respect the configured audience, country price book and locale before rendering.
๐ Dismissals: stored per user, so a closed top bar or popup won't reappear for that member.
